9 Oaks Inn

9 Oaks Inn is located 5 miles south of Grayling, 9 miles northwest of Roscommon and 4 miles from the north end of beautiful Higgins Lake, in a rural area of Crawford County.  There are 8 updated rooms that are super clean with wi-fi and HBO television.  In summer, an outdoor kitchen and grills are available for your use with a fire pit and wood available, in our large backyard.  In the winter, ride your snowmobile from your door with plenty of parking for your trailer. AuSable Riverview Resort

Borcher’s Bed & Breakfast

Grayling’s first Bed & Breakfast. Located on the AuSable River, offering canoe rentals. 6 guest rooms in a beautiful setting with wrap-around balcony overlooking the river. Family style breakfast. Gates AuSable Lodge

On the banks of the AuSable River, 7 miles east of Grayling, has 16 attractively appointed motel rooms each with a river view. Private dining room featuring homemade soups, breads, pies and dinner specials. Flyfishing pro shop specializing in custom fly patterns, quality equipment, and a full time guide service. Open April through October.

Penrod’s Cabins

Modern log cottages on the AuSable River sleep 2-6. A family resort with trout fishing, swimming & lawn games. Grills and picnic tables for each cabin.  The spacious grounds also accommodate Penrod’s Canoe, Kayak and Mountain Bike Rental. Moderate weekly rates, some daily rentals available. Pointe North of Grayling

A unique “country inn” style motel. Individually decorated rooms. Pets allowed in some rooms. An enclosed hallway with collectables and memorabilia from many guests leads to the office where morning coffee and sweets await. Friendly atmosphere with clean rooms. Along with double beds, one may choose queen or king, or sleep in the comfort of a water bed. North Branch Outing Club

Our historic fly-fishing and hunting lodge is situated on a secluded 20-acre private parcel, overlooking 400’ of exclusive shoreline on the North Branch of the Au Sable River, a state-designated blue ribbon trout stream. Each of our 12 rooms and 2 suites is decorated in its own unique style that represents a part of northern Michigan history, or one of the many activities enjoyed by our guests.
