XC Ski Conditions 3/6/19 – Trails are in great shape! Try to get some skiing in over the next three days if you can – the below forecast isn’t great, nor is the 10 day.
Friday & The Weekend: You work week comes to a close with great weather to spend outdoors! Skies are mostly to partly sunny on Friday with highs in the mid 20s to mid 30s. Your Saturday begins beautifully with mostly sunny skies, but clouds increase through the afternoon and evening hours. Highs climb to the low 30s to low 40s. You’ll need to keep your eye on the sky on Sunday. We are currently tracking a storm system that will bring a mix of rain, freezing rain, snow, and gusty winds. Northern Michigan starts off with rain and freezing rain, switching over to snow by the evening hours. Highs reach the mid 30s to mid 40s during the day, but temperatures quickly drop by the late afternoon. We will watch this system closely into Sunday.
