Forbush Corner: We received about 2 inches of new snow last night and will groom up the East Trail System and the Green loop for today. We are open from 10-3. Enjoy !!!
Hanson Hills: We are receiving a light dusting of new snow this morning. All trails are groomed with set tracks. Fresh Tracks were set on Wilderness Spur making for an amazing Classic experience. Do not forget to Sign up for the Meijer State Games of Michigan; Forbush Freestyle and Hanson Hills Classic Races to be held on January 30-31st!!
XC Ski Headquarters: We received a light dusting of fresh snow last night which is just what Groomer Henry needs to re-groom all the trails with this morning. We have an 8 to 10 inch base and there is 12 to 17 inches of snow in the woods. All trails are freshly Ginzu groomed, the skating lanes are snow-combed and deep tracks are set. Excellent conditions prevail on all 8 trails!

This morning we have some light snow for some areas of Northern Michigan. Some flurries inland while some bursts of heavy snow have moved in for Leelanau and Antrim counties. This will taper off as we head into daybreak but a mix of clouds and sunshine will be out there today with a chance for some light flurries. The roads should be fine but just keep a heads up for some slick spots. Temperatures this morning are in the upper teens to mid 20s. Today is going to be partly sunny for many spots with a chance for some light flurries through the day. Highs today are going to be in the low 20s to low 30s with winds out of the Northeast/North at 5-10mph. Overall the pesky energy over the lakes will provide some light flurries but it will be another quiet day. Tonight is going to be partly to mostly cloudy with overnight lows mainly in the teens. Winds are going to be light heading into Saturday.
The weekend will start with mostly to partly sunny skies with highs in the mid 20s to low 30s. Winds are going to be light and the weekend will be nice to get out and enjoy. Sunday is looking cloudy with a chance for some light snow. Highs are going to be in the upper 20s to mid 30s. Monday is looking cloudy again but some light snow will be out there later in the day. A system will move in from the Southwest for Tuesday which could give us a good shot of snow. Highs are going to be in the mid 20s to mid 30s. Wednesday is looking breezy with lake effect snow showers and highs in the upper teens to mid 20s. Thursday is looking quiet to start but a clipper system will move in later in the day. Highs are going to be in the upper teens to upper 20s.
