Join us for our annual Fall Harvest Festival at Hartwick Pines State Park. A fun annual festival at Hartwick Pines, Harvest Fest is your chance to learn more about the unique and special aspects of our forests in northern Michigan. Find out more about all the fun days activities by stopping at the Visitor Center in the park for a list of things to see and do. All participants get a goodie bag and when the booklet is completed, stop at the Visitor Center to claim your prize! 

Hartwick Pines is located just north of beautiful Grayling, MI. This beautiful state park is one of the largest in the state and encompasses nearly 10,000 acres of the best of northern Michigan. Massive white pines, red pines, maples, beech and a huge variety of other native tree species make for the perfect environment for embracing nature at its finest. Hundreds of flower species, animals, plants and a diverse ecosystem make for a great day or a great week for anyone who loves nature. Fish, hike, bike or just explore at this popular Grayling attraction.

Those who are camping this weekend at Hartwick Pines are in for an even bigger treat! More than just the activities for the day, campers staying in the park have an additional evening of fun in the woods.Campers are encouraged to decorate their campsite and in the evening the campground roads will be closed to allow for trick-or-treating. The event is open to registered campers only. Please be sure to make you camping reservations early. For more information, please call the park.
