This will probably be the last report for the season. I recommend that you check with your ski destination prior to making plans – it looks like the snow will not survive the warmer temperatures this week. Have a great spring, summer and fall – we’ll be back next winter.

Forbush Corner: Sunday, March 27, 10 am., 22 deg.  Very cold start this morning but warming to 26 this afternoon.  With the bright sun it will feel much warmer.  Still a fairly good snow cover.  Some dirty snow spots but overall quite good skiing for almost April. From the appearance of the Weather report (calling for a warm up this week) we will probably not have enough snow to hang on for next weekend. Mega THANKS to all of you for your support this year.  Looking to volunteer with the trail work this summer????  Give me a call or send an email.  The trailwork is overwhelming.  Really appreciate the volunteers of the past.  The trails and woods are just as beautiful in the summer as the winter.  I am sure that you will enjoy the experience.

XC Ski Headquarters: March 28, Monday, Trails were great yesterday. It never got warm enough to slow skiers down very much. Many skiers and great conditions. Snow continues to hold up well. Groomer Greg started Ginzu Grooming early this morning. Very, very good conditions prevail.
