Forbush Corner: Sunday, Jan 16, 6:30 am.  Groomer is warmed up and we are ready to go.  Gained a couple more inches thru the day yesterday.  Between that and the night before we received about 8 inches.  Should be excellent skiing when we are finished….except we are expecting more snow today but only about an inch.  It is supposed to only snow at night here but sometimes they just don’t listen to us.

Hanson Hills: Trails are setting up nicely. Groomed for skating. Still no set track.

XC Ski Headquarters: January 16, Sunday. The trails groomed up very nicely yesterday. Tracks were set on all trails and the skating lanes were all snowcombed. Groomer Rodney is snowcombing the skating lanes this early morning and with the cooler temps the snow has firmed up for great skating. The classic tracks have firmed up also, making for very good classic skiing.
