Forbush Corner: Thursday, Dec 30, 8 am 31 deg.  Check the forecast for the next few days.  Skiing should remain quite good thru the mid afternoon…at least that is my guess.  Lots of cold still in the ground.  Tomorrow does not look good.  However, keep in mind that we tend to be a few degrees colder.  Also, the weekend promises a full on return to winter with cold temps and snow.

Hanson Hills:All trails are groomed and open for skate skiing..   Still not enough for set track. Please stop in the office and pick up a new trail map and sign up for a membership. $5 Trail Passes until we can set track.

XC Ski Headquarters: December 30, 2010 Thursday; Yesterday was an ideal day for X-C Skiing. Thanks to Matt Stone’s trail doctoring and groomer Greg’s grooming the trails were revitalized! We received many compliments on the quality of the trails. Groomer Greg will groom again this morning and will snow comb all the trails. There is a 70% chance that we will not get the freezing rain. Tracks are still good in most places. Ski conditions are good. All trails are open today.
