A new event for the Frederic area, The Frederic Home Fest offer lots of small-town fun. Group rides, food, music, games, mud bogs, and fire department water ball contests are scheduled for July 2 & 3, 2011. ATV’s, ORV’s, Side by Sides, 4×4 Trucks, Jeeps, Motorcycles, Bicycles and Equestrian Riders are invited to support Relay for Life and take a ride on the suggested routes. Also scheduled is “junk in the trunk”, (set up a booth for free Sat. July 2nd 9 to 3pm.) There will be Dunk the DNR, kids games, Horseshoe Scramble Tournament, Barbeque, Mud Bog, Weight Transfer pull, Milargos from Argentina will perform and a professional LASER SHOW at dusk.
